Local Market Manager

Hi. I’m Clint.
I’m the Local Market Manager for Very Local New Orleans. I’ve lived in New Orleans since 2001 and been living my best life in this rad place since that year.
I have 10 years of broadcast journalism and digital media experience. Before Very Local New Orleans, I worked for WDSU-TV – producing, product developing, digital media managing– I’ve done it all. I’ve seen first-hand the trials we’ve suffered in this city and the celebrations we’ve enjoyed. I love New Orleans. It’s home.
I’m going to work my hardest to bring you the content and experiences you care about to live your best life here in one of the best cities on the planet.
I love finding things to do here – concerts, food, drinks, nerding out, etc. And I love sharing those things with others.
Contact me via email. Gimme a shout on social. If you see something you think we should know about, hit me up. If you see something that needs fixing on the site, ditto. I want this website to be yours, too. Not just one I manage, but one we as a community and New Orleanians use to help us live our best lives.

❤Lover or a fighter?🥊

It’s Valentine’s Day! Before you stop and think “Gah! I forgot!” and dash to the nearest convenience store to buy a giant heart filled with chocolates and eat half on the way home, we have some things in store for you to do with your significant other that will make...

💁Party in the N.O.L.A.

It feels good to make an impact, doesn’t it? We knew the way to hit back at the N.EFF.L. and it was right in the ratings kisser. We dropped the ratings and the mic on them with a massive middle phalange to the hard-of-seeing ref and the “meh” reaction of the NFL...

👊🏈It won't be easy like Sunday morning

Feeling a lot like a 2010 CeeLo Green. We see the Rams prepping for the game we should have won, and we’re like “Reff Youuuuu.” It’s been a long couple of weeks. This was supposed to be THE WEEKEND. But the reality is the Rams and refs and the N-eff-L pulled a Kanye...

😡 What The Ref?

We’re going through it with you, Who Dat Nation. On Sunday, it was complete denial. Then quick to rage. We want to ring the NFL commish, wanting some kind of bargain. We can sulk, but it’s a new weekend. A new dawn. We know in our hearts the true outcome had the refs...

⌚😩 Waiting Is The Hardest Part

It’s true. We’re impatient, and it’s working our nerves like when dashing out to wherever top-secret locale you heard from your friend’s co-worker’s hip nephew that you could get a Dong Phuong king cake to only learn that they, too, are sold out. (nah, we ain’t bitter...
