Rouses Markets will be hosting a cooking class at our Tchoupitoulas location. Chef Sally will demonstrate how to prepare an Herbed Salmon Mold. She’ll also be teaching the class how to make the perfect Brussel Sprout Florentine for your families Thanksgiving Feast. Each guest will get to sample both dishes and will get sent home with recipes.
