Join us on Saturday for an expansive postpartum education workshop for new and expecting families. The postpartum period after a baby is born is a crucial time of rest, recovery and rebirth for the entire family. Together we will focus on what to expect as you enter new life as a parent, and how to create sustainability through preparation, healing, wellness and support from your village. This is an essential class for all families who are planning to breastfeed and parent on their own terms. While not necessary, we encourage you to bring one partner or support person. *Please contact birthmarkdoulas@gmail.com for information.
