Alexis de Tocqueville Celebration honoring Roger H. Ogden

Getting there
Carlton, New Orleans | 921 Canal Street, New Orleans, LA

United Way's Alexis de Tocqueville Society holds annually a celebration to honor an outstanding philanthropist who leads by example to create a better community for all. We are privileged to announce that Roger H. Ogden - philanthropist, public servant, and volunteer - is this year's recipient of our distinguished award. Roger Ogden encompasses all the elements of a deserving recipient of the 2019 Alexis de Tocqueville Award, including an extensive career of dedicated service to the betterment of our community with no desire for personal recognition. Roger's dedication to United Way as this year's Campaign Cabinet Chair, longstanding Tocqueville member, and advocate are only a few of the many contributions made to United Way of Southeast Louisiana to create a diverse, equitable Southeast Louisiana a reality. We invite you today to join us as we honor Roger H. Ogden on Thursday, October 24, at The Ritz-Carlton, New Orleans.
