Join us for our guided meditation led by Mollie Williamson. Mollie has taught yoga at Longue Vue before through the Pilates and Yoga Loft and will now be coming back to guide us in meditation. We are so excited for Mollie to be back at Longue Vue and can't wait to see how she uses the gardens to help us find some mid-week tranquility. Sometimes seated, sometimes walking, this class will use seasonal aspects of the garden as well as fixed features such as the fountains, ponds, and paths to explore various types of meditation. Feel free to bring a mat or something to sit on, but please don't let an inability to easily get up and down off the ground stop you from coming to explore. We will accommodate any needs while teaching how to easily incorporate meditation into your everyday life. $10 | Free for Members +1
