Named one of The New York Times’ “Best Cookbooks of Fall 2018,” – written alongside acclaimed journalist Jennifer V. Cole, and with a foreword from Emeril Lagasse – Chasing the Gator takes readers on a journey through the time-honored traditions of a distinctly Cajun upbringing, featuring over 100 recipes, notes, and stories from the backcountry to the bayou.
