Chef Aaron Burgau of Restaurant Patois & Central City BBQ, Chef Eric Cook of Gris-Gris, and Chef Nathan Richard of DTB invite you for a dinner to remember at the brand new outdoor Kitchen in the Garden in the New Orleans Botanical Garden in New Orleans City Park. This four-course feast will feature unique game inspired courses paired with specialty bourbons provided by Republic National Distributing Company. As you feast, the chefs will discuss what inspired their dishes, and Tracy and Barbara Napolitano, Official Bourbon Stewerds, will discuss the differences between the Bourbons you will sample. 1st Course: Nathan Richard, Sportsman Gumbo (several game birds), with Birddog Bourbon 2nd Course: Eric Cook, Quail with Buffalo Trace Bourbon 3rd Course: Aaron Burgau, Duck with Breckenridge Bourbon Dessert: Nathan Richard, with Weller Special Reserve Bourbon
