Hey, what do I want to do on Mother's Day? Work! Play some great music, that is. Pianist Liliia Oliinyk and I present a limited seating, ticketed house recital of some of our favorite works for cello and piano. It's an intimate, hour-long recital followed by a butter degustation with yummy baguette and champagne toast to all those working mama's out there (you don't have to be a mama, working or otherwise, to attend). We are playing "bread and butter" composers, which is to say the ones we always love coming back to: Bach, Beethoven, Brahms (and Dvorak's "Songs my mother taught me". Only 21 seats.
