In May and June, Antenna’s Paper Machine is offering a series of free workshops in branding, logo design, page layout, business card design, and website building for small business owners, writers, artists and other entrepreneurs. Space is limited! Building Your First Website with Squarespace June 5, Wednesday, 6 to 9 p.m. During this 3 hour workshop, we will make a free working trial site on Squarespace. First, we’ll discuss the main and secondary goals of your site. Then, we will talk about how to choose a host/CMS and how to buy a domain based on that choice. We’ll discuss website organization and then make the pages, including adding product for sale if you have some. Last, we’ll discuss how to get the word out about your new site. Instructor: Tammy Mercure is a photographer who has building websites for over 20 years. Over the years, she has transitioned many art department websites to new CMSs and has designed sites for many artists.
