Since opening in March 2018, James Beard "Best Chef: South" Nina Compton and Chef/Partner Levi Raines, have been earning rave reviews for their fresh, approachable cuisine at Bywater American Bistro. On Wednesday, September 25, 2019, the ingredient-driven eatery, also known for its exceptional bar program, will welcome Monica Bourgeois & Neil Gernon of Vending Machine Wines for a special, one night-only four-course dinner. Created by Chefs Compton and Raines, the bold menu will showcase the creative cuisine that the restaurant is known for, with each wine selected to perfectly complement the robust flavors of the dish. Priced at $90 per person, not inclusive of tax and gratuity, the dinner will take place from 7PM - 9:30PM.
