Join author and national cheese expert Liz Thorpe and Commander's Palace sommelier Kristin Estadt for a guided tasting of 5 whiskey and cheese pairings (including some special Irish offerings in honor of St. Patrick's Day!). Stamp your whiskey passport in three countries and learn which cheese types best pair with each style, from Japanese to bourbon. We'll share insider tips on what we look for in a perfect pairing and how we assemble those combinations. You'll leave with extensive notes on each cheese and whiskey as well as our rationale behind each pairing so you can continue experimenting at home.
