Daddy Hot Bird is a Nashville-style hot chicken pop-up helmed by Chef Brock Seabrook. Spice levels range from none at all (named for the Atlanta Falcons of course), to “Cluck Me Up, Fam”, arguably the hottest in the city. The menu is rounded out with traditional comfort sides, and finished with homemade chocolate chip cookies and ice cold milk. Palate-soothing cocktails and other beverage pairings will be provided by Company Burger’s Evan Wolf.
