On view: Nov 10 - Dec 30, 2018 Opening Reception: Nov 10, 6-10pm Closing Reception: Dec 8, 6-10pm Daily hours: Tuesday through Sunday 12-5 About the show: Over the past 21 months, Thomas Karamus has produced comic-book inspired pen and ink self-portraits (averaging one every 48 hours) -then photographing them around New Orleans as a type of visual diary. The drawings physically accompany the artist in his daily life, and are photographed on location, in-camera, with no computer manipulation or post-production- resulting in a documentation of a singular time and location, never to be repeated.
