Executive functions are cognitive processes that allow us to organize, plan, initiate, be cognitively flexible, maintain attention, and generally attain goals no matter how simple. This hour long informational session is for parents or caregivers of children or adolescents who struggle with these skills and for parents who want to learn more about these necessary skills in life and academics.
