Dr. Welsh’s Therapeutic Tai Chi, Qigong, and Wellness Program is simple, fun, easy-to-learn, and evidence-based. This two-day course focuses on walking and the application of Susan Welsh’s Tai Chi, Qigong, and Wellness Program to gait training and lower extremity rehab, plus how to get more benefit from normal walking. A continuation of the Introduction to Susan Welsh’s Therapeutic Tai Chi, Qigong, and Wellness Course, this is the second course in Susan Welsh’s Therapeutic Tai Chi, Qigong, and Wellness Teacher Certification Program and can be taken without first attending the Introduction course. Whether you are a first-timer or want to refresh what you’ve learned in a previous class, you’ll leave feeling relaxed and energized, with new skills to help you and your patients/clients feel better and move easier, with more confidence.
