Tap into your mind, body, and spirit's higher power in this beautiful sanctuary of healing energy in the heart of the French Quarter. We will be exploring breath and movement to find strength, flexibility, balance, and peace of mind in this hour long yoga flow class. ALL are welcome regardless of yoga experience. Class is limited to 15 people so reserve your spot by purchasing your ticket now. BYO mat or rent one of ours for $2 Class will be taught by Claire Sargenti, a yoga teacher at the Church of Yoga. Claire Sargenti is a yogini, creatrix, and healer. She found yoga after a long term illness ended her career as a ballet dancer. Since then, she has learned how to love her body in a whole new way, and delights in the unifying dance that yoga weaves between her mind, body, spirit, and her highest power. Inspired by her long and highly alternative journey back to health, Claire also works as a natural healer, using crystals, essential oils, and Reiki energy in her yoga classes. She is a firm believer in the power of art to heal both the individual and society as a whole, and lets her creativity run wild in her cross-genre artistic endeavors. Claire would like to thank all of her teachers and guides who have encouraged her along her journey. www.clairevoyant.org www.earthodysseynola.com
