As this year comes to a close it is time for us to get into formation and organize around the issues that deeply impact our communities.
Black women have fundamentally changed the way political presence is seen across America and we invite you to celebrate them at this holiday brunch. Featuring Guest Speaker: Nia Weeks, founder of Citizen SHE United* SHE builds an aligned base of Black women who inform, advocate for, and enact a collective policy agenda to address the needs of Black women across Louisiana! Please join us for a morning of delicious food, community, and discussion.
We are hosting a toy drive so moms in prison can give holiday gifts to their children. Please bring an UNWRAPPED toy gift for ages infant to high school. All toys will be delivered to Jetson Prison December 20th.
