The 2020 Undergraduate/Graduate Grad Fair , which is a "one stop shop" for all graduation needs, will be held Monday and Tuesday, February 10 & 11 from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. in the Danna Student Center, St. Charles Room. Students who plan on graduating in May 2020 are asked to attend the Grad Fair to order their cap and gown, a requirement for those participating in the commencement ceremony. Additionally, Grad Fair attendees will be able to verify the status of their graduation application with Student Records and meet with representatives from Student Finance and Scholarship and Financial Aid regarding account balances and required Perkins Loan and Stafford Loan exit interviews. Personalized graduation announcements, class rings, and formal graduation photographs will be available for purchase at the Grad Fair. Graduates who are unable to attend the Grad Fair are asked to contact the bookstore at (504) 865-3262 or SM8275@bncollege.com 1135asm@follett.com regarding regalia and announcements. Please provide them with your degree information, height, and weight.
