Grow St. Bernard, powered by St. Bernard Economic Development Foundation and the St. Bernard Chamber of Commerce, is a six-part professional development series that provides fresh ideas and practical strategies to business owners and staff of small and mid-sized businesses. The series includes a diverse lineup of notable speakers and business leaders discussing current trends, local and regional insights, and best practices for operating a business. Maximize your Potential - Be the CEO of your Success, Grow St. Bernard Session One is an exciting and relatable kickoff to the series. Whether you are running your own business or an intern among multiple employees, being able to identify needs and determine your most important tasks is imperative to success. Join us as we welcome featured speaker, Nick Moldaner with Palmisano Contractor who will discuss workflow success strategies, prioritization, time management, and the value of relationship building at all levels. Moldaner's presentation will be followed by an individual Gallup CliftonStrengths assessment and 90-minute facilitation of results and how to utilize that information to increase personal productivity. Facilitation will be guided by Alex Schneider. The Grow St. Bernard series takes place from July 23, 2019 through October 1, 2019. All sessions begin with coffee, networking, and a light breakfast at 8:00am. The series will take place at the St. Bernard Port and Torres Law Firm in Chalmette.
