Since launching its Guest Bartender series earlier this summer, Bywater American Bistro (BABs) has attracted cocktail enthusiasts and locals each month to see what Head Bartender Crystal Pavlas and her various guests are slinging behind the bar. On Sunday, September 2nd from 8PM-10PM, Pavlas will welcome Evan Wolf, Beverage Director of Company Burger, who will be serving up creative seasonal concoctions. Imbibers can enjoy Wolf’s Ag Daiq – Cane Land Rhum Agricole, lime, and Alma Plantation sugar; #ToastTheTrees Old Fashioned – Angel's Envy bourbon, Chartreuse Yellow, Demerara, and Bitter Queens Sassy Sally bitters; and Lady in the Garden – The Botanist gin, garden-infused Cointreau, kumquat cordial and egg white. Of course, Pavlas’ signature cocktails will also be on offer, as well as dinner offerings from Chefs Nina Compton and Levi Raines. Bywater American Bistro is located in the Rice Mill Lofts at 2900 Chartres Street in New Orleans’ Bywater district.
