Join a Sankofa Community Health Ambassador for a hands-on cooking demonstration where kids and caregivers will have the opportunity to create healthy (and delicious!) pumpkin pancakes, just in time for the holidays. Participants will also learn about the health effects of added sugar, finding it on food labels, and how to avoid hidden sugars.
