The first two works we will be reading are: RUR (Rossum's Universal Robots) By Karel Čapek (A Stage Play. It is here where the words ROBOT originated. Also, possibly, the first robot uprising story?) ...Do Androids Dream Of Electric Sheep (The book that was the Basis for the films (BLADE RUNNER & It's SEQUEL). Both are on the shorter side. So, I thought we could do these two stories based around robots in combination. During the FIRST MEETING (first of each month): meet to talk about the last read book (any leftover things to discuss), New Members, any books they'd like to read in the future, and how things are going. What we think the Next book will be about-beyond the description, have we read any books by the writer, want to after this book? etc. The books can be read either digitally or hardcover or listened as audiobooks (Whichever you like). Long as you do so and enjoy it! END OF THE MONTH: We go over the NEXT book and reviews of the book by members. Talking about the next book(s) (to decide on-keeping in the originally planned order or changing it).
