Embodying the Feminine is the ultimate Yoga and Meditation experience! Move through your emotions, in a guided yoga session instructed by Julia Johnson and meditation led Imani Allen designed to balance energy, center emotions and develop a stronger relationship with the body. The class will follow up with a self reflection and complimentary self care bag to take with! All genders invited and welcome! Julia Johnson is a digital designer and yoga instructor that highlights black women culture and promotes positive affirmations for healing and the improvement towards a better quality of life . She received her Yoga training at Magnolia studio, a black owned and operated a yoga studio. There she is also a regular instructor. Imani Allen is a practitioner of metaphysics and Doula. Allen has a B.A. in Journalism and Promotional Communication from Cleveland State University and have obtained my Natural Health Consultant Certification from A Life of Peace Wellness Institute. Her focus is on assisting others find their inner peace through serving mothers, reiki, meditations, and spiritual coaching programs.
