Join the Ohm Well for Beginner's Yoga Intensive
This intensive is perfect for anyone who has been thinking about practicing yoga for the first time and is ready to give it a try.
It's also great for yogis who want to deepen the foundation of their practice.
This intensive is body positive and yogis of all skill levels are welcome.
As an intensive, students will be challenged both mentally and physically.
Give yourself permission to be gentle with yourself and to honor where you are in your wellness journey.
We will meet once a week on Thursdays for two hours. This
interactive intensive still combines yoga, meditation and discussion to provide participants with tools to heal themselves from the inside out.
Class Format: (We will adjust as needed)
60 minutes of active vinyasa yoga
30 minutes of restorative yoga
30 minutes for meditation/discussion
