Join us for a guided meditation led by Cathryn Abbott Jones of Exuberance NOLA. Sometimes seated, sometimes walking, this class will use seasonal aspects of the garden as well as fixed features such as the fountains, ponds, and paths to explore various types of meditation. Feel free to bring a mat or something to sit on, but please don’t let an inability to easily get up and down off the ground stop you from coming to explore. We will accommodate any needs while teaching how to easily incorporate meditation into your everyday life. All levels of experience are welcome.
