Kindling the maturing independence of 8, 9 and 10 year olds, this class will encourage a deeper sense of body awareness, self-exploration and interpersonal skills. Alive with flowing sequences, balancing poses, breathing exercises, and creative relaxation techniques, children are sure to relish in their selves. Led by teacher Michelle Gruntz from Vista Yoga & Wellness, kids will also do partner poses and cooperative yoga games inspire positive peer interactions that are sure to carry into their everyday lives. Bring your own mat or use one of ours! Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for check-in.
