Charles Bourque and Jedd Malish will present on Legal Issues Encountered in the Litigation of Recreational Boating Incidents. Moderated by Irving Warshauer, the program will focus on handling such claims from the plaintiff and defense side. This includes the jurisdictional, procedural and legal issues unique to these cases; accidents resulting in death and the recoverable state law damages; and the issues when alcohol and/or drug use are involved. Following the CLE, attendees are invited to walk next door to Lafayette Square to enjoy free live music at Wednesday at the Square.
