The National Pancreas Foundation Louisiana Chapter and Ochsner Health System jointly host a Living with Pancreatic Disease Education Symposium. The primary goals include increasing awareness and understanding of the immediate and long-term impact of acute and chronic pancreatitis on health, as well as introducing methods to improve wellbeing for those living with pancreatic disease and their caregivers. We will also discuss updates and resources available at the National Pancreas Foundation National Office and the NPF Louisiana State Chapter. The event is free
and open to all physicians, patients and caregivers. Parking is free. Please use the Medical Center Garage, which is situated behind the Medical Center and Brent House Hotel.
Valet parking is also available for those needing assistance.
Attendees can have their ticket validated in the lobby of the Medical Center (by the Welcome/Help Desk.). All attendees need to sign up by Midnight March 24th, 2019. To support the Louisiana State Chapter, please follow this link to make a donation:
