Tickets go on sale June 1, 2019. Early Bird tickets are $160, Top Bunk tickets are $190 and Lower Bunk tickets are $200. Come celebrate Mardi Gras 2020 with new and old friends on a real camping trip. The park in situated just 15 miles from French Quarter. Real camping trip means there are 2 dormitories, one for men and the other for women. The dormitory situation could change if we do not get enough male participation, it may turn into a girl trip. Camping trip means everyone will need to bring bed linen for a twin bed. We have use of a fully equipped commercial kitchen, so brunch will be served Saturday and Sunday morning. A continental breakfast will be served Monday morning, the day of departure. PLEASE BRING A PERSONAL COFFEE CUP. Evening snack will be available Friday, Saturday and Sunday evening. A fun time will be had by all and more details will follow as the date draws near. FAQs Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event? 21-years-old What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event? Site has 35 parking spaces and transportation to and from location is your responsibility. What can I bring into the event? You can bring whatever needed to make your stay more comfortable. Loud music is discouraged because of other campers, there is a no smoking policy in effect in Lousiana state parks, and all attending adults are expected to dispose of trash in the proper trash receptical. Tickets will not be sold after Feb 17, 2020 at 11:59pm, you can transfer tickets to another person before the above date and time by sending an email to the address above. The transfer is complete only after you receive an email from event planner confirming transfer and new attendee. The purchaser should forward orginal eventbrite order confirmation email, new attendees name, email and phone number. Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? No, printed ticket is not required. Having a screen shoot of receipt of phone will be enough. Can I update my registration information? Send email to address provided above. Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends? No, it isn't okay.
