Join the wellness krewe at Longue Vue for our second annual Mardi Gras Detox Day. This morning program is designed to help you decompress from the madness of Mardi Gras season by focusing on ways to calm and cleanse your mind, body, and spirit. The detox begins with a walking meditation through the gardens led by Cathryn Abbott Jones of Exuberance NOLA, followed by a yoga class taught by the Pilates and Yoga Loft, and culminates with a juicing demonstration and sampling by d’Juice.
