The game will kick off at 3.00 pm Sunday Feb 10th 2019 (local time) Accomodation is included in this package for the nights of Saturday Feb 9th and Sunday Feb 10th. What is happening with flights? Flights are NOT included in the package price, allowing you the flexibility to book your own. Recommended flights from SeaTac: Sat Feb 9th- Alaska: SEA 08.30am- MSY 3.10pm Mon Feb 11th- Alaska: MSY 07.00am- SEA 10.25am Fans are encouraged to arrange their own flights (not included), to arrive in New Orleans on Saturday,

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to join this event? This is suitable for rugby fans age 18 and older, as these events are aimed at an adult audience.
What can I bring to the event? Please try and bring only carry-on luggage, to speed the airport process. Of course, be sure to pack your SEAWOLVES merchandise and wear your favourite Seawolves shirt so we rep the Champions!
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? You can bring your electronic ticket which is generated through our Eventbrite platform when you book, or bring a printed ticket. We will scan you in upon arrival. We will also issue you with your match ticket, upon arrival, along with your Rugby 100 Club credentials. *If this is your first Rugby100club adventure, you will receive your exclusive Pin Badge at our post match awards ceremony.
Can I book extra nights? This is a standard TWO night package, however we have negotiated with the hotel that you can stay longer and still receive our discounted group rates for your additional nights (arrive earlier and/or stay longer). Simply email us at after booking and state the additional dates you would like to stay. NB: there will be a supplemental charge payable direct with the hotel upon arrival, which will be your responsibility. Can I specify the type of room? Yes. In the checkout process you can
select your room configuration, if you would like to have one KING bed (sharing), or two QUEEN beds as a twin room. (Or a single occupancy room-see below). Can I book more than one room on one transaction? Yes. We have had to limit this to a maximum of 4 rooms (8 people, based on double occupancy) per transaction. In the checkout process be sure to let us know if you would like to have one KING bed (sharing), or two QUEEN beds as a twin room. Can I book a room to myself? Yes. Simply select '1' as the number of packages you wish to purchase and then select 'Single Occupancy Room only' in the checkout process. Please note this will incur a supplementary charge as our base pricing for the packages is based on double occupancy. This additional charge is your responsibility and is payable upon arrival at the hotel. Can I change my room type to accommodate family/kids in the same room? These packages are based on double occupancy rooms, for fans 18 years and older.
Can I book multiple events all at once? Yes. All our packages are now OPEN. To avoid disappointment and to ensure you lock in your flights at the best possible rates we encourage you to book NOW for ALL the away games you wish to experience in 2019. *Tickets are transferable, up to 10 days before the event. It is your responsibility to find someone, 18 years or older, to take over your ticket if you are unable to attend.
