Movement Group Jam February 19, 2019 Tuesdays, 7 – 8 PM Dance, music, and creative movement are used to explore interpersonal connections. This collaborative dance experience culminates with a group discussion. Guided by Meaghan McCarthy and Rachel Van Kirk. o Meaghan McCarthy: Meaghan is working towards her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Loyola University and has been dancing all her life. Currently a member of the Nola Chorus Girls, she has been swing and jazz dancing for six years, with a focus on solo improvisational and large group formation dancing. o Rachel Van Kirk: Rachel grew up in the world of dance and theatre, and now uses her passion for the arts as a method of self-care. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Philosophy and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
