The Company Burger Downtown is hosting a special tiki pop-up, Off-Shore, on July 10 that will give New Orleans a taste of the tropics and is an ideal way to break up the week. The pop-up begins at 7PM. The Company Burger's owner Adam Biderman created an a la carte menu of Polynesian-inspired fare and special tiki cocktails will be offered from Henry Chamberlain, Nick Detrich and Evan Wolf . A la Carte Menu. Orders can be placed at the bar and main counter. Menu - Calamari Leche de Tigre ($6) Pineapple Cheddar Salad ($5) Teriyaki Sweetbreads ($10) Suckling Pig Lechon Style, rubbed with a chile-lemongrass paste and brushed with coconut water ($12 per slice) Cup of Soft Serve with rum caramel sauce and toasted macadamia nuts.
