Photography Workshop: Tropical Still-Life with Jonathan Traviesa

Ogden Museum of Southern Art
Getting there
925 Camp St, New Orleans, LA

Join New Southern Photography exhibiting artist Jonathan Traviesa for a photography workshop exploring still life photographs. Participants will use magazine cut outs and found imagery to produce miniature tropical dioramas for the production of still-life photographs using formal techniques such as composition, lighting and visual perspective. Once compositions are completed, participants will photograph their work with a Polaroid instant camera and take two prints home.
