Jodie Masterman earned her B.F.A. in ceramics from the Appalachian Center for Craft and her M.F.A. in ceramics from Louisiana State University. Currently, Jodie works in her studio alongside the Mississippi River in New Orleans, Louisiana. Her ceramic objects are rooted in personal reflection, each referring to an aspect of play, love, loss or reject, inherent in all familial relationships. Masterman’s ceramic work is available for purchase in the Museum Store this May. ///Photo courtesy of Jodie Masterman
