826 New Orleans celebrates the release of Once Upon A Time in a City Called New Orleans on January 25th at Longue Vue House & Gardens. This collection of dystopian fiction was written by tenth graders at New Harmony High and explores a future where New Orleans is lost due to environmental change. The book's foreword was written by New York Times-bestselling writer Nathaniel Rich, author of Losing Earth: The Decade We Almost Stopped Climate Change. The Publishing Party is open to the public and features readings from the book and a panel of the book's authors moderated by Rich. Longue Vue House & Gardens will provide refreshments.
