Every Friday at 2 PM, the New Orleans Jazz Museum hosts virtual concerts with an exciting mix of talented Jazz musicians, all performing from their homes. This free online series, broadcasting to music fans around the world, highlights the rich culture and history of New Orleans. Watch on ABOUT Trevarri is a Shreveport, LA native that started playing alto saxophone at the age of 8. His love and appreciation of music has guided him to pursue the dream of becoming a professional musician. While in Shreveport, Trevarri won many competitions as a kid and also played with his home church choir at the age of 12. When Trevarri was 17, he released his first Christmas album entitled "My Favorite Things." Today, he resides in New Orleans, LA having graduated from Loyola University with a major in music performance; concentration in Jazz Studies. Trevarri is now going back to school at the University of New Orleans (UNO) for his Masters in Music with a concentration in Jazz. Trevarri has had the privilege, so far, of performing alongside Jazz greats such as Chico Hamilton, Donald Harrison, Dee Dee Bridgewater, Tom Browne, Stephanie Jordan, Evan Christopher, Victor Goines, Delfeayo Marsalis, Ellis Marsalis, Rufus Reid, and many more.
