Ashe’ Cultural Arts Center's Redd Linen Night presents ADORNED, curated by Erika Whitt. Features some of New Orleans most talented African-American tattoo artists. Bryan Brown, Mecca, Ceaux Young, and Roman Joseph are confirmed to date. Plus, there will be a special dedication to Jacci Gresham-- the first ever black woman tattoo artist in the country and owner of the oldest tattoo parlor in Louisiana. Attendees will have the opportunity to observe and engage in a plethora of sensorial experiences curated around the art of body adornment on black and brown skin such as tattooed models, art and historical exhibits, a panel discussion, live entertainment, drinks and food, as well as live tattooing and henna application.
