Featuring Natalie Bybee, MBA, SPHR, CPCC, PCC: Career & Leadership Coach to high-achieving individuals, leaders and entrepreneurs navigating the complex challenges of career trajectory, transition, impactful leadership, executive presence, confidence, strategy, and fostering growth and creativity. About Natalie: My first career was as a senior Human Resources professional. For 20 years I worked with leadership in both entrepreneurial and well-established environments to help the organization establish or reinvent their culture and people processes. People were always the most fascinating part of my work, and developing them to be wildly successful through change was my passion. This experience has given me a unique perspective of understanding the business environment and the frustrations created in today's work cultures. I bring this to my clients to assist in shifting perspectives and to deepen understanding for how to navigate the complex systems. My passion for mountaineering has taught me tremendous lessons in how to set and reach goals. Equally important, it helped me learn to deal with disappointment, either caused by uncontrollable forces (such as changing weather), or running up against our current physical limits. I bring the perspective of getting outside our comfort zones to the coaching experience; believing anything is possible with perseverance, planning and passion. On a personal level, I know transition. I have traveled the world for extended periods, lived in Germany and moved cross-country several times. In the last 4 years I've experienced my most transformative period as an adult; I've moved from San Francisco to New York City, met my husband, left corporate to start a new business, built a house, got married, and moved to New Orleans. I believe in seizing meaningful opportunities that support my learning and growth so I can thrive in the process and become a newer, stronger version of myself. I have a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) and a BA in Environmental Studies and Sociology. I'm a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
