Every other Friday night, beginning January 22, Palm&Pine's beverage director Jason Dumas will host a rum tasting class at the restaurant. Each week will focus on a different regionand styleof rum.Guests will have two different ticket options -if they'd like to attend the class in-person at the restaurant, the ticket price($55)will include a rum flight for tasting and a small plate from the kitchen; if they'd like to attend the class digitally, the ticket price ($42) will include a rum flight for tasting (available for pick-up prior to the class) and guests will be able to join via Zoom. Classes will be held February 5, and February 19 at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are available for purchase via the Palm&Pine website, with the option of purchasing a single class or the full series for a discounted price.
