• What we'll do Eat, drink and be merry • What to bring Please bring a cool summer/ Scandanavian type of food or drink • Important to know I lived in Denmark for two summers and visit friends on the rare occasion. Denmark and all of Scandinavia, especially Sweden celebrate Midsummer between June 19 and 25th..We will celebrate the summer solstice.....The theme involves sheath clothing, hair wreaths, (long pretty sundresses, if you like) cool summer foods like cucumbers, salmon, shrimp etc....We will try it outside, but likely we'll be inside with a window or door open, since it is NOLA. :) Look it up online, its fun! Anyone who wants to co host let me know :) Amay
