This is a 3-class series; created with love to share some strategies that we have used to help us care for our bodies, minds, and spirits in an increasingly chaotic world. In this first class, we will share some movement and meditation strategies to help ground or process things around us, and just to feel good in our bodies! Future classes will be focused on how to incorporate herbs and oils in your self-care practice, as well as some writing and organizing practices to use. Space will be limited to 15 participants, to allow for some one-on-one time in the session. We are asking for a donation to support the space, materials and instructors.
