Join Swirl, James Beard awarded Chef Tory McPhail & Britt McPhail for a special tasting of his new line of sauces paired tasty wines! Made with fresh ingredients and few additives, these sauces can be used as marinades, salad dressings, and more! He'll make a few healthy dishes to try out the sauces while his wife, Britt, pours 3 wines to pair with each of the dishes.
Plus he will have cookbooks on hand featuring famous recipes from Commander's Palace, "Commander's Wild Side" by Ti Adelaide Martin & Tory McPhail, available to sign and purchase. The event is on Thursday, August 2 from 5:30 to 7:30.
Attendance is $10 (plus tax and service fee) which gives you access to the wine and food tasting AND you get a free jar of your favorite sauce!
Reservations are HIGHLY recommended as we will limit the number of attendees and cannot guarantee walk-ins.
