The class will consist of the following: 5-minute introduction to meditation with anexplanation of the seated posture, 10 minutes of deep breathing techniques to prepare the mind and body for meditation, 10 minutes of guidedmeditation, 5 minutes for Q&A (optional). The Distillery programming is provided by the Downtown Development District of New Orleans & Arts New Orleans with funding by the Southwest AirlinesHeart of the Community grant.
