Let’s get ready to roll! Chef Dirk Dantin of Rock-n-Sake will lead a sushi-rolling demo and premium cold sake tasting at Longue Vue. He will teach attendees to make to make different styles of sushi, and provide instruction on how to select premium fish, the ins and outs of making sushi rice, plus some sushi history! $50; pre-registration required. 21+ only, please.Strict minimum and maximum numbers apply to Longue Vue programs and workshops.
