Twilight at Longue Vue: New Orleans High Society

Longue Vue House and Gardens
Getting there
7 Bamboo Rd, New Orleans, LA

Bring drinks, snacks, picnic seating, or just your walking shoes and face covering and enjoy the cool hours of the day in the Longue Vue Gardens. Twilight at Longue Vue is our new series of casual, open-air showcases for local musicians across all genres. This week, New Orleans High Society provides the entertainment overlooking Spanish Court. Face coverings and social distancing will be observed. New Orleans High Society originally started with a weekly gig in the birthplace of jazz. As members of the band got to know each other better, a distinctive interpretation of the New Orleans Repertoire began to emerge with the sound of traditional jazz as its base but with sprinklings of Afro-Cuban, Gospel, and Modern Trip-Hope mixed in. $10; FREE for Garden Pass holders and members. *Visit our website for special seating packages on our Balcony and Portico Terrace. These packages include tables, chairs, linens, cold beverages, and handcrafted flower arrangements straight from our gardens.
