Join LIM professor Tracey Lamont and LIM graduate Diana Hancharenko as they discuss key takeaways from the National Dialogue on Catholic Pastoral Ministry with Youth and Young Adults Final Report , its relationship to Pope Francis' exhortation Christus Vivit, the Synod on Young People the Faith, and Vocational Discernment, and practical implications for ministry with young people. Dr. Lamont will share how to begin this process of listening, dialogue, and discernment with ministry leaders, parents and youth and young adults in our faith communities. Mrs. Hancharenko will talk about the fruits of using this method of dialogue and accompaniment in parish life and ministry. After these introductory reflections, we will open the session up for Q&A to discuss any questions along with unpacking the practical implications of the findings and recommendations from the National Dialogue Final Report . Both Tracey Lamont and Diana Hancharenko were a part of the National Leadership Network of in the National Dialogue process for over two years, and they both serve in leadership with the USCCB National Advisory Team on Young Adult Ministry.
