Westbank Beer Fest is back to cool down your summer with unlimited craft beer samples.
The festival is scheduled for July 6th and will be located at NOLA Motorsports Park in the air-conditioned Event Center.
The festival will feature shuttles to/from Barley Oak - Mandeville, WalkOn's - Clearview and Downtown.
Xtreme Xperience
(NOLA Motorsports Park’s year round supercar driving program) will be on track that day allowing festival attendees the opportunity to drive a Ferrari, Lamborghini or Porsche on track (prior to beer tastings of course) or a ride along with a professional driving instructor.
Driving experiences will be available prior to the festival so come out early.
Admission gets you a
tasting mug, unlimited pours from the breweries, photo op with real race cars, raffles for driving and riding experiences at the park, kart track demos and much more! In addition to the finest in craft brew West Bank Beer Fest will feature Local Music, VIP tickets including lunch and much more.
The non-profit beneficiaries for the event will be the 610 Stompers. Event Time 12pm - 5pm (VIP entry from 12pm-1pm, General Admission 1pm)
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event? This tasting event is 21+ only. However, there will be activities available for all ages.
Do children need a ticket to the event?
Children do not need a ticket to the event or to participate in some of the kid friendly activities.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event? There is plenty of parking at the venue however, we encourage the use of the shuttles. No one attending the Westbank Beer Fest will be allowed to participate in any on track driving experiences during the event. Shuttles will be running from Downtown,
Walk-Ons (Clearview) and Barley Oak (Mandeville). Can children ride the shuttle with me if I have a ticket to the event?
Yes, children can ride the shuttles however, you must purchase the shuttle only ticket for each child.

What can/can't I bring to the event? You can not bring in any chairs, tents, outside food or beverages. There will be plenty of water and non-alcoholic beverages available at the venue.

Is my Tasting registration/ticket transferrable? NO. Since the tasting event is 21+, your ticket must match your name.
Are Pets allowed? Sorry, pets are not allowed to this event. Hopefully, we will host a pet friendly Beer Fest in the future.
Can tickets be purchased at the door? Yes, General Admission tickets will be sold at the door. They will be $40 on site.
Can I get a refund if I am unable to attend? Tickets are only refundable if canceled before the event starts at 12pm.
Is smoking permitted at the event? Smoking will only permitted outside the beer sampling venue.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? Printed tickets will make your entry much faster. However, we will have ticket scanners onsite and at the shuttle pick up locations.
