Just because the gyms are closed doesn’t mean we can’t workout
Since the gyms have been closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we’ve had to find new workout routines. Running along the levee, YouTube workouts, living room yoga… we’re trying to make sure all this take-out and home cooking isn’t putting on the pounds!
Here’s some suggestions to help you make the most of your at home workouts!
Need help stretching? Working on your balance? Exercise balls have so many uses, so why wait till you get back to the gym to get your hands on one? This ball comes with an inflation pump and can be inflated and deflated for easy storage.
Home Gym Workout Set
