Family, friends and the general public attended a memorial service for WVUE Fox 8 news anchor Nancy Parker. Parker anchored every newscast at the station for more than 20 years. She tragically died in an airplane wreck Aug. 16 while covering a story on stunt pilot Franklin J.P. Augustus. Augustus died in the crash as well.
